To see your credit card statement, log into portal.groundworkcard.com and choose “Statements”. You can see and print up to two years of your credit card statements online.
Great to hear! We encourage all cardholders to go paperless. To enroll in paperless statements, log into the portal at portal.groundworkcard.com. Choose Statements and then choose eStatement enrollment. When you go paperless for an account, we’ll stop sending you paper statements in the mail; instead, we’ll send you email notifications when your online statement’s ready. (Keep in mind: It might take about 2 months to stop receiving paper statements after you enroll.)
To manage your paperless preferences, log in to portal.groundworkcard.com and choose eStatement enrollment. From here you can turn paperless statements ‘on’ or ‘off’. We encourage you to enroll in paperless statements. But, if you decide to turn paperless statements off, keep in mind that it might take about 2 months to start getting paper statements again. When receiving paper statements, additional fees may apply. See your cardholder agreement for details.
Visit portal.groundworkcard.com. At the sign in screen, choose Forgot Username/Password and follow the instructions. If you’re still unable to sign in, please call us at the number on the back of your card.
You can change your personal details, including your groundworkcard.com username, password, and more by logging into portal.groundworkcard.com, choosing Profile, and then clicking Edit Login.
Visit portal.groundworkcard.com to register for an online account. You may then confirm that you’ve received your new credit card to activate your card and start transacting. Prefer to call us to activate? Not a problem. Call (866) 614 – 0322 and have your plastic in hand.
You can visit portal.groundworkcard.com to easily pay your credit card bill online, enroll in automatic recurring payments or you can call (866) 614 – 0322 to pay by phone. Or send your payment via mail to: Visa, PO BOX 660493, Dallas, TX 75266-0493
If you suspect a charge on your account may be fraudulent, please call us immediately at (866) 614 – 0322. You can also lock your card when signed in to portal.groundworkcard.com
If you think someone used your card without your permission or your card is lost or stolen, call (866) 614 – 0322. You can also file a lost/stolen report by logging into portal.groundworkcard.com and select lost menu option. We’ll send you a replacement card that will arrive within 10 business days. If you ordered your card more than 10 business days ago, please call us using the number on your statement. We accept operator relay calls.
To lock or unlock your credit card, log in to portal.groundworkcard.com. Then, choose your account from your accounts page, and choose “”Account services,”” then “”Lock & unlock your card”” and follow the instructions. You can also call us at (866) 614 – 0322 for assistance.
To report a card lost or stolen, call (866) 614 – 0322. Or, after logging in to portal.groundworkcard.com, you can file a lost or stolen report by choosing Lost / Stolen from the sidebar menu and following the instructions.
To dispute a charge, sign into portal.groundworkcard.com and go to your account activity. Then choose the arrow next to the amount to see the transaction details. For more information go to our step by step instructions, available inside our cardholder portal.

The new cards will enable you to make contactless payments (also referred to as touch-free or tap-and-pay). Not only is this convenient when you pay, contactless credit cards add security with the use of tokenization to mask your actual credit card number and protect your Card information from being stolen. Also, you can continue to load your Card to your mobile wallet, which will use the same tokenization as contactless cards.
All Groundwork Card credit cards allow you to tap and pay at any contactless-enabled checkout terminal.
Contactless payments securely completes payments between a contactless card and a contactless-enabled checkout terminal. Your Groundwork Card is a chip card that has an antenna, which enables this form of payment. When you tap your Groundwork card at the contactless-enabled checkout terminal, your payment is sent for authorization.
Look for the Contactless Indicator on your card to know if your card has the technology to make contactless payments.
A digital wallet lets you add your card info to your mobile devices or online accounts to use in stores, online or in apps without the physical card.

You do not need a PIN to use a Groundwork credit card for a merchant transaction. A PIN is required if you would like to use your Groundwork credit card to withdraw cash from an ATM.
